A few minutes a day, your way.
In the iPhone app, Wits gives you a short daily plan of games and lessons across six skills. On the web, a free account plays Dot Path, Color Clash and Word Code. Hereβs what a day in the app looks like.
A day in the app
Five steps, one line.
Set up your plan
Tap Get started, answer a few questions, try two quick puzzles and choose 5, 10 or 20 minutes a day. The last screen offers Premium; close it to play free. Thereβs no account to make: everything is saved on your phone.
Play Dot Path
Every day brings Dot Path, the daily puzzle: draw one line through every blue dot. Each day brings your next level, with no lives and no timer, and itβs always free.
Play todayβs set
Quick games from your skills, so the skills take turns: 3, 6 or 12 quick games for the 5, 10 or 20 minutes a day you choose. Each takes a minute or two, and your first three unlock your Wits card. On the web, a free account plays Color Clash and Word Code.
Learn an idea, then use it
In the iPhone app, one-minute lessons explain a technique, like chunking a number or spotting a pattern, before a game puts it to work.
Come back tomorrow
In the app, anything you miss returns another day. Your streak counts the days you show up, and each finished day sharpens your Wits card.
Levels, stars and hearts
Levels that grow
Each game has its own ladder. Clear a level and the next one asks a little more: bigger numbers, more cards, closer choices.
Up to three stars
Clearing a level earns one to three stars depending on how well you played. Replay any level to improve.
Hearts, not penalties
Timed games give you hearts. A wrong answer costs one; run out and the level ends. Puzzles like Dot Path have no hearts at all.
Lessons that lead in
In the iPhone app, Wits lessons explain one idea in about a minute, then a question or game asks you to use it. Anything you miss comes back another day.

Your skills take turns
In the iPhone app, your plan includes all six skills unless you choose fewer. Each day a different mix leads.
A card that grows with you
Play your first three games and Wits reveals your card: a play style from your two strongest skills and their moves. It describes how you play Wits games, never a score of you.
Free to play. Premium for the whole app.
Free
In the iPhone app: Dot Path, Sort It, Word Wheel, Speed Math, Card Pairs and Color Clash, daily trivia and your Wits card. On the web, a free account plays Dot Path, Color Clash and Word Code (Word Code is Premium in the app).

Premium
In the iPhone app: every game, every lesson, puzzles and tests and daily hints, with no ads between games. You buy Premium in the app, through Apple. Playing on the website and playing in the iPhone app are separate for now: the app has no sign-in, so what you play on the web stays on the web.
